Issues Included:

No hot water for 2 days, no plate in microwave, severely clogged tub, filthy backdoor and patio furniture, broken ice tray, sloppy fixes, poor maintenance, very small property. The hot water heater was set to "vacation low" which is almost off. It took us almost 2 days to figure that out ourselves, but even after changing the setting, we still couldn't shower because the tub was so badly clogged. There were 6 adults for a three day trip and we could not shower the entire time.

All that I asked for to make things right was for a late check-out and a decent amount of my money returned. Instead, after I voiced my complaints by phone, I was completely ignored. No more of my calls or text messages were answered. It is unethical to take someone's money and not provide anything near the quality that they paid for. That is not how you treat people!
